We are looking for a talented Web Designer / Developer who speaks WordPress like no other!
In your role, you will design and develop responsive WordPress websites, landing pages, aide in setting up analytics code in an assortment of platforms, write and troubleshoot CSS3, JQuery and HTML5, manage your own projects and support client requests by email and phone.
Our technical team is highly-integrated into our process so if you’re hoping to churn out code while sitting in the “Developer Section” with your headphones on, don’t bother applying. We want all parts of your brain; not just the technical one.

As we enter our 13th year of service we’ve evolved from a 2-person web site design and content management company into one of Vancouver’s best known digital marketing agencies. We’ve produced an online marketing radio show broadcast on CKNW, partnered with Google as a premier agency, been singled out by “The Globe & Mail” newspaper for our digital strategy and design, and worked with hundreds of clients across North America on their online marketing strategies.
You’ll be working in our Burnaby office, close to BCIT and some excellent sushi restaurants. We pride ourselves on working hard, learning from each other, pushing the boundaries of digital marketing innovation and balancing work with fun as a team.

What We Need…
- You have 2+ years of experience of web development and design
- You have strong knowledge of javascript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3
- You have strong knowledge of PHP and workable knowledge of other languages (ASP etc)
- You have experience with ideation of projects including website architecture, wireframing, UX / UI
- Extensive experience working with WordPress implementations as well as a variety of plugins and themes.
- Spoken and written English
- Experience in Photoshop and image editing
What Would Impress Us:
- You have working knowledge of SCSS/LESS
- Ability to consume web services through XML or JSON is a plus
- Strong Knowledge of SEO
- Strong Knowledge in Google Analytics
- You have developed WordPress themes and plugins
- Experience with Shopify and other CMS’s such as Drupal, Magento
